Are you in a worse financial situation than before refinancing or taking your second mortgage?

Were you promised one mortgage or loan and found out that you got a different mortgage or loan when you signed the paperwork, or later?
Do you have an unreasonably high payment due at the end of or during your mortgage or loan's term?
Is your monthly payment or interest rate higher than you thought it would be?
Did your mortgage or loan include very high insurance terms as a requirement?
Were there a lot of excessive fees included in your mortgage or loan?
Did you have high or excessive closing costs when you signed for your loan or mortgage?
Did your lender include information that was not truthful in you mortgage or loan paperwork?
Did you find the terms of your mortgage or loan confusing, and your loan officer did not take the time fully explain the terms.
Did you complete paperwork before signing the mortgage or loan paperwork?
Are you going to be fined or charged prepayment penalties if you pay off your mortgage early?
Was your mortgage or loan refinanced or changed to another creditor without your knowledge or consent?
